Four Possible Solutions To The Mind Body Problem

Here are four possible solutions to the mind body problem

1. Physicalism- everything is physical
2. Idealism- Everything is consciousness, the physical is an illusion
3. Neutral Monism- The physical and mental are two ways of looking at the same thing
4. Dualism- The physical exists but so does a mental reality


I for one support dualism, the reason for this is by the way the evidence appears to be pointing. Of course neutral monism, idealism and physicalism are all monistic solutions to how reality works. Where dualism isn't.
